Workplace Typologies

Based on all the data collected, the workplace typologies for resident, mobile, and remote workers were established, and support space density ratios calculated with modifications made to address unique needs associated with any one department. On average, the delineation between worker types varied by department and ran 35% resident, 40% mobile, and 25% remote, and over time with a desire by more staff designated as a resident or mobile to be designated as a remote worker. The first three phases alone of the implementation of the workplace of the future strategy have offset the current need to lease additional square footage of up to 80,000 sf.
