Pilot Project Results

Based on the positive results of the pilot project, Boehringer Ingelheim continued forward and has subsequently completed phases two and three and is now proceeding with all future phases. The initial pilot project, illustrated above, provided 135 “people” seats (resident, mobile, and remote) to support an IT population of 170. Two years after completion, those seats now support a population of 250, with post-occupancy employee satisfaction rated over 70% and client feedback running very positive based on the enhanced level of service.
