The Outcome

Overall, there was a very high rate of satisfaction with the renovated workplace. Staff described how they have embraced the new mobile strategy and they recognized the benefits of working in the new environment. The new office space has resulted in a marked increase in staff’s ability to collaborate and obtain answers to their questions more quickly, which in turn contributes to an improved speed to market. In addition, people reported a better work/life balance. The new workplace strategy and office environments realized in Phases 2 and 3 not only have been a model for future construction phases but also have become an attraction for potential new recruits and an asset to overall productivity and staff retention.
