Reflecting the open and accessible philosophy supported by the executive team and one of the main priorities for the workplace transformation, the leadership conference space is located in the main reception hall, visually accessible to all, and can open on two sides to support large social gatherings. By making themselves more “visually” accessible to all staff, they have changed the culture from one of behind closed doors to one of a collaborative team effort that has been measured in higher productivity, less staff turnover, and general improved work/life balance.
