Online Survey

To be able to measure how work is actually taking place, a ten-minute online survey was created for Pepperidge Farm, reviewed by leadership, and sent to all staff. This survey captured both qualitative and quantitative data about the workplace and had a large role in shaping the final design strategy. Information received from the survey was then shared with the project ambassadors as part of the change management process and allowed the design team to incorporate additional comments and feedback into the final project solution.
