Cultural Analysis

By engaging in a cultural analysis study with the project ambassadors, we were able to validate our findings that indicated a desired shift toward a more collaborative/risk-taking way of working and a desire to move away from the existing hierarchical structure. This result was in keeping with leadership’s vision of where the management philosophy of the company should be headed to better compete in the years ahead. Developed by Cameron and Quinn at the University of Michigan, this cultural analysis business tool has become mainstream in its use and application in corporate America.
