The combination of new space standards, support space designed for enhancing collaboration, increased natural light, and a branding/wayfinding program rolled out throughout the headquarters addressed the issues and desires of the Pepperidge Farm team. Initial feedback from staff is very positive both from a functional perspective (ability to meet and collaborate, ability to concentrate) and aesthetic perspective, where the corporate culture and brand have been successfully captured in the overall design.
