100 West Putnam: Building Repositioning

Greenwich, Connecticut
Not Yet Available

Renovated Building

Through close examination of the building codes and the existing core and shell, the design team was able to remove the existing lobby, eliminate an exit stair and shaft, and create a beautiful four-story atrium that is oriented both east and west, reinforcing the connection to the Greenwich downtown. The new curved atrium glass wall enclosures now engage the north and south building to create a more natural flow between them. The result of the reposition is that the property has remained leased throughout the market downturns and still commands the highest rents in Connecticut.
