Communications Plan

Over a year before the Perkins Eastman design team was brought on board, extensive internal discussions were already underway outlining the guiding principles for a workplace of the future, resulting in the establishment of an executive steering committee to oversee the projects and the development of a campus-wide communication plan.
A “we/me” branded strategy was started where the future success of the company as a whole would be made possible by a shift away from a closed-door “I” environment to one that promoted a new collaborative team spirit built on trust, flexibility, and technology--and with no private offices.
