Workshops and Process

From the start of the project, an aggressive change management plan was organized that combined CEO-led town hall meetings, intranet updates, and staff workshops run in conjunction with our change management partner, the Steelcase ARC team, to define key project drivers and how to measure success in the new workplace. In addition, much time was spent by the leadership team working with their direct reports to embrace a more open and collaborative plan and separately with the Human Resource team to modify established protocols
