Online Survey

The online survey was distributed to all staff. In this example, some of the qualitative aspects of the workplace were measured and levels of importance were determined. The results from these surveys helped to shape both the physical design for the new space and the change management program that was developed. Review of the survey with leadership helped them to understand the potential for a mobile workplace and for the development of a strategy that they could embrace.
