We helped them achieve a workplace that is in line with who they are as an organization. Perkins Eastman developed internal brand strategies starting with a communications directive provided by Pepperidge Farm and built on that with the insights gained in a targeted workplace analysis. We worked with Pepperidge Farm to communicate their values and goals creatively so their knowledge resource can better internalize the brand directives and more successfully deliver this message in the work they do.
