To develop a targeted internal marketing scheme, Perkins Eastman worked with Pepperidge Farm to understand the unique aspects of their company through focus groups and leadership engagements. A holistic understanding of what makes them distinct as an employer was leveraged to create spaces that engage the workforce by providing dynamic graphics and messaging to communicate the Pepperidge Farm brand promise.
