Group and one-on-one meetings were held with the departmental leadership, led by Perkins Eastman and Steelcase’s ARC team, and followed up with project ambassador work sessions.

During these meetings the online survey was being reviewed, workplace protocols agreed upon, and questions answered that had been raised by the staff. An open and honest dialogue with no preconceived solutions was an important part of building mutual trust and support of the change management plan. Staff input from these meetings was directly translated into design solutions.
