Workshops and Process

Leadership vision sessions were held and business leader one-on-one meetings were conducted to highlight the unique needs for each department and to review and discuss the research data collection via the online surveys and the on-site observation studies. Staff feedback is an important part understanding issues that currently exist and need to be addressed in the design strategy.
 
It was also important to leadership that communications with the staff be open and encouraged. Over the prior year, layoffs had taken place and the implementation of a new space strategy could be viewed negatively if not properly communicated.
