Perkins Eastman | Compound Capital Management

Compound Capital Management

Weston, Connecticut
To reflect the culture of a recently established boutique funds management firm, Compound Capital Management turned to Perkins Eastman to design a unique office space in a live/work industrial-style building in the eclectic South Norwalk (Sono) neighborhood. By combining two existing units, an open concept 2,000 sf office was created that includes a large conference room, trading desks, open meeting space, and a pantry.

Designed to accommodate five, the design incorporated flexibility to expand to ten. The minimalist pallete of polished concrete, glass, lacquer, and walnut serves as a neutral backdrop for unique reclaimed wood furniture and an art program that features several Connecticut artists. Technology is seamlessly integrated in the wireless environment.
