Perkins Eastman | Morselife

West Palm Beach, Florida
MorseLife is a nationally recognized healthcare, housing and senior living provider in Palm Beach County. Perkins Eastman provided planning and design services for The Tradition, a not-for-profit, rental retirement community, completed in 2009. The building, comprising 102 independent living and 42 assisted living apartments, includes such amenities as a multipurpose auditorium, synagogue, whirlpool spa, fitness center, art studio and much more. A formal dining room opens onto an internal courtyard and patio that overlooks one of the campus’ three lakes.

Perkins Eastman also provided design services for MorseLife’s Sondra and David S. Mack Pavilion, a resident-focused short-term rehabilitation center located near the campus center, completed in 2014. The three-story Mack Pavilion comprises two households of 20 residents, with each house including private rooms and baths, open kitchens and flexible living space.

In November 2015, Perkins Eastman broke ground on the latest addition to the 37-acre campus, The Tower at MorseLife. This ten-story, 300,000 sf tower will feature 182 apartments for independent living, a restaurant and bistro, display cooking area, resort-style spa and salon, and other amenities. Common areas will be located in a new gallery-style corridor that will connect The Tower with The Tradition. The Tower at MorseLife is scheduled for completion in 2017.
