Mark Creedon

AIA, LEED AP

Principal

“I believe the profoundly human ability to empathize is integral to good design—to really imagine the people who will use the buildings and places we design, whether it’s a seven year old entering a K-12 school for the first time, a cancer patient in one of our hospital spaces, or a passerby enjoying the public space created by places we design.”

Since childhood, Mark has been drawing, making, and building—interests that inform his collaborative design process focused on iteration, simplicity, and constructability. Mark is a design and quality-focused professional passionate about problem solving, leading projects to successful completion, meeting complex project demands, and managing expectations of clients and stakeholders. With his aptitude for creative thinking and over 35 years of experience, Mark works with commercial, corporate, office, residential, and mixed-use clients to develop innovative design solutions. As a Managing Principal of our Stamford studio, Mark adeptly manages budgets and challenging project timelines, promotes teamwork and collaboration among colleagues and staff, while fostering commitment and accountability. A lifelong competitive sailor on both the left and right coasts, Mark has participated in The New York Architects Regatta Challenge raising money for Sound Waters, Hudson River Community Sailing, River Keeper and other organizations.

Our Perkins Eastman
