FAIA

Principal

“Mixed-use development designs places for people, and the true measure of its success is how it brings people together in a desirable place that reinforces living and working in the ‘Heart of the City.’”

Peter’s enthusiasm and passion for design drives his work as an architect and collaborator. The foundation of his process is a thorough study and interpretation of the unique design challenges of each opportunity. Finding elegant and surprising solutions, he creates opportunities for all of the programs and buildings to work together. His creative analysis of form, texture, character, and movement in large scale mixed-use buildings and developments across the United States and in Asia result in designs that outperform in value and impact. Peter’s expertise covers the spectrum from complex urban mixed-use designs, transportation facilities, sweeping waterfronts, and academic medical center campuses in the U.S. and abroad.

Our Perkins Eastman

As a leader of the Perkins Eastman large scale mixed-use practice, Peter focuses on designing buildings and public space together for greater value and impact. By incorporating integral pieces of the city’s fabric as part of the architectural design concept, the pieces work together to positively enhance the experience of the city.
