AIA, LEED Green Associate

Associate Principal

"As architects, we speak a graphic language as a means of translating our thoughts and words. We start by working with the client to identify program needs and present renderings to them. Then we work as a team with engineers and consultants to refine ideas and develop technical details. Finally, we work with the contractor to ensure that they've interpreted the design intent. Communication and collaboration are key factors for the success of any project."

Sharon’s exposure to technical drawing at an early age led to a curiosity for how buildings are assembled, and how to create friendly spaces for people to use. Her main focus has been managing multi-family residential projects from design through the contract-documents phase, and through the execution of construction. Having worked on several projects at Perkins Eastman allows every lesson learned to be carried forward to the next.
