An 80-hectare site along the Third Ring Road in suburban Hanoi will be the site for Hoang Mai New Town. This residentially led, mixed-use community will enjoy direct, southerly frontage on Memorial Park, a major urban parkland being developed by the city of Hanoi. The presence of Memorial Park will be extended into the New Town through the introduction of a broad landscaped mall, as well as four “finger parks” that will create additional park frontage for the residential neighborhoods, provide open vistas to Memorial Park from deep within the site, and establish natural green buffers between neighborhoods during a phased build-out.

In addition to seven residential neighborhoods, Hoang Mai New Town will include a large commercial office component, a regional shopping mall and “big box” emporium, two schools, a library, a stadium, and a retail shopping street that will extend the length of the site.
