Drawing on prior design collaborations with Maplewood, each inspired by its unique location, Perkins Eastman designed the interiors of Maplewood at Southport to reflect New England’s historic charm.  The design comprises a mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments complete with smart home technology for maximum independence. Amenity spaces include a timber-framed great room and lounge, courtyards and patios, as well as a theater, salon and spa, fitness center, art studio, library, and multiple dining options. The community is highly environmentally sustainable and wellness-focused. It provides a welcoming residential environment while offering the social, therapeutic, and support measures necessary for engagement and overall healthy living.
