Drawing on prior design collaborations with Maplewood, each inspired by its unique location in New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, Perkins Eastman designed interiors for Maplewood in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Jersey to reflect New England’s historic charm.  The designs comprise a mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments complete with smart-home technology for maximum independence. The communities are environmentally sustainable and wellness-focused, and they provide a welcoming residential environment while offering the social, therapeutic, and support measures necessary for engagement and overall healthy living.
