Perkins Eastman Celebrates Groundbreaking of Gardenside, the Newest Addition to Ingleside at King Farm

New Building Will Be Dedicated to Engaged Retirement Living, Complement the Ingleside Community’s Continuum of Care Model

Washington, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. office of global architecture firm Perkins Eastman is pleased to join partners Ingleside at King Farm, Greenbrier Development, and other project stakeholders for today’s groundbreaking of Gardenside, comprising a series of new buildings located in the existing Ingleside at King Farm community in Rockville, MD. With the addition of Gardenside, the larger campus will introduce 121 personalized living residences and 32 private assisted living memory support suites to its award-winning continuum of care program, as well as expanded facilities for culture, the arts, education, and above all, whole-person wellness. With the introduction of Gardenside, the Ingleside organization is furthering its mission of offering its residents “Engaged Living.”
