- The Cline, a 243-unit market-rate apartment building that harmonizes modern living with a rapidly developing context in Seattle, received Bronze for “Best Development & Design: Mid-Rise.”
- Kinetic, a dynamic and stylish high-rise student housing project in midtown Atlanta with curated interiors by ForrestPerkins, earned Bronze for “Best Amenities.”
