Time Out New York highlights Fordham Landing South, which will add more than 900 new affordable homes to the Bronx waterfront as part of phase one of our Fordham Landing project, in “See Renderings of the New Mixed-Use Waterfront Building Set to be Developed on the Harlem River.”
Phase two of the project, Fordham Landing North, will add an additional 3.8 million sf of mixed-use development.
