Opus Newton, a six-story, 172-unit moderate-income senior living community in Newton, MA, designed to Passive House and LEED Gold standards, has won an Award of Merit in Environments for Aging’s 2026 Design Showcase. The project will be recognized at the 2026 EFA Conference + Expo in March 2026 in Phoenix and will also be featured in the Spring 2026 issue of Environments for Aging magazine.
