Our team was hired to “build this bridge between what the Commanders wanted and what the city wanted,” Barbara said. Matthew continued: “Our job is to test things and shape things and show what it’s going to look like, and work with our client, the Commanders, and with the city’s input to get the best master plan we can get.”
