Bozzuto Group’s first age-restricted active adult community is designed to complement the lifestyles of both current and future residents. The property features a generous collection of community spaces, each with its own unique personality, yet the design challenge was to create more intimate and inviting vignettes that could serve the diverse needs of its residents.

The interior design reimagines amenity spaces, apartment finishes, and residential corridors with a focus on authenticity and comfort. Inspired by the feeling of homes curated over time, the spaces at Canvas evoke a sense of discovery, warmth, and richness of experience.

Residents are encouraged to personalize their environment, whether by sharing favorite books in a library area or creating exhibitions along flexible art walls. From the moment of arrival, subtle and sophisticated detailing weaves throughout the property, linking Canvas to the area’s rich past and deep connection to history.
