BioLabs is the first life science tenant in the new E. Rosemary Street Innovation Hub, where Perkins Eastman is designing and renovating spacious, flexible and light-filled co-working wet-lab spaces for life-science startup companies and researchers. The project provides research and innovation spaces for businesses emerging from research initiatives at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
