The Herald-Dispatch highlights Marshall University’s Institute for Cyber Security, a new 72,000 sf facility that is dedicated to training the next generation of cyber professionals, in “Cyber Center Designed to Adapt to Future Needs, Project Designers Say.”
Jeff Young and Elena Bresciani sat down with the paper to share their insights on the design, with Jeff saying that it acts as “almost a billboard of how Marshall can promote the cyber security program on a national and international level.”
“The building is ultimately intended to be a national center of excellence,” Elena continues. “When they talk in those terms, it gets our creative juices flowing but raises the bar for what we want to try to achieve with them. … I couldn’t be more enthusiastic watching it come to fruition.”
