Fox Hill Village, a resident-owned co-op on 83 wooded acres, reimagined its community by replacing a legacy skilled nursing building with a wellness-forward assisted living and amenity hub. Designed through an inclusive planning process, the new Birch Grove Assisted Living residences are arranged in intimate 12-unit clusters, each centered on shared living and dining spaces that foster connection and dignity. At ground level, the Center for Healthy Living introduces over 16,000 sf of amenity rich programming that includes an indoor lap pool, spa, golf simulator, bistro, classrooms, clinic, and fitness spaces. Carefully integrated with the existing campus and topography, the addition reinforces whole-person wellness while maintaining continuity between assisted and independent residents. Expansive views, outdoor terraces, and natural light animate the interiors and underscore a deeper mission: to help residents live well in place, in community, and in nature.
