The Virtuoso by Columbia Pacific introduces a new concept in generational living aimed at providing older adults a home and community focused on interdependence with care and services tailored to their specific needs.

The first of many communities to be developed by Columbia Pacific in India, The Virtuoso sits on a two-acre site among other nearby residential developments in Bengaluru’s Budigere Cross neighborhood. This new community will offer 158 apartments designed to meet accessible-housing requirements that support an independent lifestyle. Amenities focus on wellness with community living spaces and a rooftop pool, jogging track, gardens, and event space.

The development responds to local sustainable standards with rooftop solar panels, rainwater harvesting, organic waste composting, and an underground sewage treatment plant. Perkins Eastman is working in partnership with local architect Venkataramanan Associates.
