“Connecting people and sharing lessons learned empowers Perkins Eastman to fully embrace the ethos of 'Human by Design.' Knowledge Management advances the notion that our employees are a valuable asset to the firm; promoting best practices in everything that we do.”

As the firm’s knowledge resource manager, Beth is responsible for connecting with all departments and studios to help curate Orchard, the firm’s intranet. A strong advocate of professional development, she also manages Perkins Eastman’s learning-management system. Committed to the notion that our employees are selected to be our best resource, she works to maintain our role as an AIA continuing-education provider. With a background in library science and a certification as a paralegal in intellectual property, Beth works to ensure that all our knowledge is captured and shared in a secure and accessible space.

Our Perkins Eastman

Beth joined the Perkins Eastman Knowledge Management Team in 2004—at the onset of industries’ exploring the role. Having been in the industry from the start, she’s had the opportunity to share expertise at knowledge management conferences throughout the United States.
