Hailing from the Virginia suburbs of Washington, DC, Charles credits Eero Saarinen’s Dulles Airport for sparking his interest and passion in design and architecture. In 2007 he relocated to New York to study interior design at The Fashion Institute of Technology, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2010. Since then, he has explored many facets of his interest in design, building diverse experience in Hospitality, Senior Living, secondary and higher education, Healthcare, and Workplace. His pragmatic and accessible approach to design resonates with clients, resulting in long-lasting relationships and repeat business.
Charles’ personal philosophy is that, on a long-enough timeline, the most important things are expanding the boundaries of human knowledge, educating the next generation, and improving the lives of those that are here today. Creating functional and beautiful spaces that enhance quality of life, as well as educating and mentoring the next generation, are what drive him.
