Clara L. Wineberg

AIA, LEED AP

Principal
Residential Practice Leader

“This is a pivotal moment for how we live, age, and connect. Our work comes from a single belief: the spaces we design fundamentally influence people’s daily lives and experiences. Where we live and retreat creates the backdrops for cherished memories and cultural individuality. Every project tells a story of place and its people – I enjoy crafting those narratives that emerge from analysis of the program and design expression.”

As a practice leader, Clara approaches the living experience through a broad and integrated lens, shaping environments that range from urban multifamily and luxury residential towers to affordable housing, hospitality, student housing, and mixed-use communities. She is known for a highly collaborative leadership style, supporting teams as they expand into new project types and markets. Clara’s expertise spans Residential, Hospitality, Senior Living, and Mixed-Use practices, with work realized across the United States—particularly in Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Her focus is on advancing the firm’s continued growth as a national practice, strengthening both established markets and emerging opportunities.
