“Good design starts with listening and asking better questions. I want to understand what matters to people, what an organization stands for, and what's possible when we bring those priorities together. That's how we create places where people feel connected, supported, and inspired."

As Global Workplace Practice Leader at Perkins Eastman, Connor Glass believes the best design does more than solve for space: it strengthens culture, gives form to purpose, and creates impact beyond the workplace. He champions sustainability through circularity, well-being, and inclusion.

For more than 20 years, he has helped organizations navigate complex changes by bringing together creativity, research, data, and human-centered design. His work spans workplace, science and technology, healthcare, higher education, and civic and cultural environments for clients including the City of New York, Google, Novo Nordisk, TD Bank, NYU, and Columbia Law School.

A recognized thought leader, Connor has presented at Climate Week NYC, Greenbuild, NeoCon, CoreNet Global, and the Environmental Design Research Association on topics ranging from sustainable interiors to AI’s role in the future of work. His research has earned EDRA CORE recognition and AIA design awards.
