David Bendet brings over 30 years of experience in strategic leadership and operational team management, focused on the design and construction of science, technology, education, and workplace projects. David drives innovative solutions through a deep understanding of stakeholder expectations. He has guided teams through visioning, planning, design, and delivery of millions of square feet of complex, sustainable projects.

Committed to sharing his knowledge, David has lectured and mentored architecture, engineering, and construction students at Stanford University and UC Berkeley since 1998. He has served on the boards of Scientific Adventures for Girls, ISPE, I2SL, and AIA San Francisco’s Committee on Health & Science, and has published and presented widely.
