“Human by Design means designing the built environment to embrace art and enhance human culture and interaction—for our clients, for the end users, and by creating a healthy and constructive work environment for our staff.”

With more than 30 years of professional expertise, Elaine boasts an impressive portfolio of work both domestic and global. Over the years, she has served as Project Manager, Project Architect, Project Coordinator, and Job Captain for projects ranging in both size and complexity and spanning a wide variety of practice areas, including medical, academic, transportation, research, commercial, civic, government, and hospitality. With a thorough and detail-oriented mindset, she handles all aspects of project management from initial programming and conceptual design to construction administration, thanks to her sharp eye and keen insight. Outside of her project work, Elaine acts as a Perkins Eastman Mentor Program Champion, constantly looking for ways to build those around her.
