"I’m always thrilled to engage with clients about the ways in which broader academic conversations and shifting institutional priorities can be realized in the spaces we plan and design together, how we can enrich the teaching and learning experience."

A keen curiosity about the interaction between buildings and their occupants has always fueled Gili’s passion for designing impactful learning environments. Informed by three decades’ experience, her approach to interiors is guided by her keen observation of human behaviors, which she employs in conceptualizing interiors for Pfeiffer—A Perkins Eastman Studio’s educational and cultural projects. Gili is skilled at translating programmatic objectives and functional requirements into engaging environments that enhance information discovery while providing flexibility to respond to evolving needs and improving space utilization. Ever up-to-date on technological advances in learning, Gili is often consulted about innovative advances in library design. Her thoughts and ideas have been published in several books and magazines.
