Jarvis Cook is an accomplished talent acquisition manager at Perkins Eastman Architects, having entered the human resources space in 2003.  His focus always is to ensure that talent matters more than people think, making sure our firm takes actions to be prepared for tomorrow’s challenges. As a thought leader, employee advocate, and trusted partner in the Perkins Eastman leadership, Jarvis enjoys connecting with people and helping celebrate each one’s unique qualities.

He is a successful HR leader because of his commitment to full collaboration, engagement, talent attraction, talent strategy, development, and retention. “Reimaging the role of HR is critical in today’s competitive and disrupted talent landscape,” he says. “We need to be able to address workforce gaps and improve employee engagement and productivity through continuous disruption.”
