Nate believes in the ability of a thoughtful design process to frame the human experience in meaningful ways. He creates spaces that are finely attuned to their specific purpose by paying attention to the details of a space, its material qualities, its relationships to the outdoors, and its place within the broader context of its surroundings.
Nate’s practice has spanned multiple project types including housing, offices, hospitality, cultural and governmental institutions and urban design. This varied experience informs his work to forge new and creative design approaches that are grounded in contemporary construction techniques. His knowledge of jurisdictional regulations, building systems, and development metrics make him a strong ally for clients as he brings their visions into reality.
