Phil Walker

“Planning and urban design happen at the unique intersection of buildings, landscapes, and people—all coming together in a unique moment and place. In this space, we have the opportunity to address the challenges our clients and communities face, and we strive to contribute to creative solutions which are not only functional and resilient, but which inspire and uplift.”

An award-winning designer and urban planner, Phil is known for delivering thoughtful solutions to intricate problems, a skill which he has honed throughout his more than 20 years of dedicated practical experience. Boasting hands-on expertise with everything from mixed-use communities to brownfield redevelopments, urban resiliency to urban and suburban physical master planning, Phil is equally at home tackling projects of scales both large and small. With ease, he directs and coordinates with teams across the globe to complete sizable mixed-use master planning projects, and he is well-versed in building and cultivating long-lasting relationships with clients both international and domestic.
