Shannon Cole

"Good design improves the way we feel both physically and emotionally. I believe the primary goal of every project is to enhance people’s lives and shape their experiences by offering solutions that contribute to physical, career, social, and community well-being."

As a collaborative and skilled consensus builder, designer, and manager in the Workplace practice, Shannon’s leadership approach goes beyond management to build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders while creating an inclusive work environment so every team member thrives. She is passionate about the future of design and shares her vision with her clients and team members by questioning, exploring, creating, and innovating—always with a focus on providing exceptional experiences for the people who will use the space. Her passion also translates into a strong entrepreneurial approach; she’s built a thriving professional practice within Perkins Eastman’s Stamford studio by expanding opportunities for her staff, engaging new clients, and attracting and retaining new talent—efforts that build on Perkins Eastman’s strong organizational and creative culture.
