Since joining Perkins Eastman in 2021, Susan has expanded her role from leading the Los Angeles studio’s marketing efforts to serving as West Coast Regional Marketing Manager. In this capacity, she partners closely with studio managing principals, practice area leaders, and marketing teams across the region to guide marketing and business development strategy. She connects the firm’s global messaging to local implementation, oversees pursuit processes and quality control, and ensures the PE brand is communicated consistently across all materials—from proposals and presentations to awards and major pursuits.

Susan oversees and mentors regional marketing staff, contributes to strategic planning and budgeting, and supports cross-regional pursuits as needed. Her background includes degrees in English literature and art history, and a career dedicated to marketing for architecture firms.

Susan serves on the senior leadership committee for the Los Angeles studio and participates in the firm’s client relations groups.
