As early as 8 years old, Tuan remembers cutting out pieces of cardboard and gluing them together to create a three-dimensional floor plan to play with. Throughout his elementary school years, he was placed in specialized art classes and, since then, has always shown interest in both art and architecture. He believes that each space we design should address its occupants’ needs and be respectful to its surrounding environment. Tuan has extensive experience in all phases of architecture from design to construction, and he specializes in exterior wall details and code analysis. Although he’s known for his technical expertise, he delights in the small design details on every project he manages.
Our Perkins Eastman
Tuan manages multiple projects throughout different offices and across project types such as mixed-use, residential, school, workplace, hospitality, and senior living. Tuan likes to mentor young team members, encourages them to ask questions, and helps them grow professionally. He also serves on the Professional Development Committee, which helps Perkins Eastman employees achieve continuing education for their licensure.
