The sleek glass and limestone-clad skyscraper features hundreds of luxury condominiums, commercial and retail space, parking, and new public spaces including three plazas and a roof garden for residents. Along the sidewalks, generously proportioned storefronts feature inviting, oversized windows with accent metal frames, are set between limestone piers. At night, decorative lighting fixtures mounted on the stone piers illuminate the sidewalks below. 99 Hudson Street creates a lively atmosphere marked by the hustle and bustle of people coming and going in the increasingly sought after downtown Jersey City.
