The Changping Business Park brings the very best of green design to a comprehensive live and work business complex. Situated in a Beijing suburb, the project contains retail, restaurants, cafes and dormitories to accommodate businesses, workers, and residents alike. Landscaped open spaces including a Linear Park provide green, comfortable pedestrian walkways and connections throughout the entire campus. Perkins Eastman designed a four phase office incubator master plan development including a massive technology center and more than 30 buildings including a hotel, residences, conference center, and a large office tower. To achieve a clear and consistent aesthetic, the team designed building features to create a family of interrelated buildings that create community.
