Zarrow Pointe, formerly the Tulsa Jewish Retirement and Health Care Center, rebranded its campus through a strategic master plan focused on identity, community connection, and modernized living environments. The plan guided the renovation and expansion of assisted living, independent living, and skilled nursing services.
Anchoring the transformation is the Scott F. Zarrow Town Center—an intergenerational hub with hospitality-inspired interiors that include a café, lobby, classroom/theater, and multipurpose space. Its transparent façade and expansive windows offer natural light and visual connection to the outdoors and surrounding campus activity.
The comprehensive care center, originally built in the 1960s, was converted to a resident-centered household model with three distinct neighborhoods—each centered around shared living, dining, and kitchen areas. Assisted living spaces also got an upgrade with furnishings and finishes that support a more active, engaged lifestyle.
